We had a wonderful time at this stunning hotel. The kids particularly loved the Ritz Kids program, full of fun activities that kept them entertained. We enjoyed swimming in the warm sea and the delightful meals at the beachfront restaurant, which had something for everyone’s taste.

My wife says that the pool area could use some shade for families with children.

Opt for pool-side junior suites for a better value than deluxe rooms, which are small and can feel dark.

The pool could use temperature control. it was a bit chilly at times!!! The beach area had an unappealing amount of rocks and algae, not the serene ocean experience I hoped for. Room privacy during the day could be improved!!!

I enjoyed the floating breakfast, a fun experience worth trying. It was nice to relax and eat while in the water. I found it amusing and a memorable part of my stay.

The pillows on the sun beds were soaked, making it uncomfortable to sit down. Service at breakfast wasn't consistent. it felt like staff were bothered when I asked for something.
